Online Terms & Conditions
The full price of goods ordered must be paid prior to dispatch. Your card details will be taken for 'authorisation' only at the checkout page and will be charged to your card once the order is picked and ready for dispatch for the correct amount ie. the order value minus any shortages. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.
Cash and debit/credit cards are accepted as form of payment with a 1.5% surcharge applicable to credit card payments. Surcharge does not apply to online orders.

UK mainland orders are aimed to be delivered next day with an 12pm cut off point. A minimum order value of £100 is applicable and there is no delivery charge for UK mainland delivery. We reserve the right to amend these charges in exceptional circumstances but will only do so with prior consent that customer would like to proceed with order.
Crosswear shall not be liable for compensation in failure to deliver within promised timescale. UK deliveries are sent with award winning couriers DPD. If a mobile number is provided a text notification will be sent with a one hour time slot for when delivery can be expected.
Most items on the website have the stock figure displayed; every effort is made to keep these stock figures correct and current but we cannot guarantee supplies of what the stock figure says at the point of ordering.
If there are any items that we are unable to supply your order will be shipped incomplete. We will charge for the goods dispatched only and are not liable for any additional delivery costs.
All products supplied by Croswear Trading Ltd comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark where appropriate. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all statutory government or local authority regulations are complied with in relation to the use of any products purchased from Croswear Trading Ltd.
Images are representative only and design / artwork is subject to change by our suppliers. If the image doesn't match due to a supplier design refresh then they may be returned; we will refund the stock only.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You may return your goods for a full refund (less the cost of delivery) at any time up to 10 days after the date of your order. The goods must be received by us in the same condition as they were sent with any packaging undamaged so that they remain in a saleable condition. Please ensure that you package the items safely and you retain proof of posting. Any refund due will be processed back on to the card used to make payment on the original order.
Should any item arrive in poor condition then we will exchange or provide a full refund upon the return of the goods. The customer will need to bear the cost of returning the goods to us. If Crosswear Trading Ltd is at fault then the postage costs will be refunded. We are not obliged to return cost of faulty balloons if the customer wishes to return them. Faulty goods will not be accepted after two weeks from receipt of order.
Customers can cancel their order and receive a full refund by phoning or notifying us by email up before the order is picked. If the order has already been dispatched then in order to receive a refund, the customer will be responsible for returning all goods to Croswear Trading Ltd in the same condition as they were sent, with any packaging undamaged so that they remain in a saleable condition. The customer will have to bear the postage cost of returning the goods and will not be refunded for the postage costs from where we sent the order out to them originally and we reserve the right to enforce a cancellation charge of up to 10% to the value of the order.

Any information you provide is strictly private. We do not sell or rent our customer information to anyone.
Crosswear Trading Ltd does not hold or collect credit card details. All payment details are processed via a third party provider (http://www.sagepay.com/) who are fully PCI DSS compliant.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only customer information held is that which is provided at the time of creating your Croswear Trading account. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The intention of collecting this information is to keep you informed of new products and offers which we may email you about from time to time in the form of electronic newsletters.

Minimum order for export orders is £200. Delivery costs will vary but can be estimated before placing order or a collection can be arranged.
Cash and Carry Terms
Upon your first visit we would need to see a form of identification that you are a retailer, for example your Company Certificate or a Company Cheque book and a minimum order of £100 is required per visit.
